Once you reach out via our contact form, we will then respond with the intake process. We will ask you to complete and send the required intake forms to ensure we have all the necessary information to move forward.
Intake documents will be reviewed and submitted to your insurance carrier for assessment approval.
Once approved, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will reach out to schedule an initial assessment. The initial assessment will consist of a caregiver interview and up to two observations, depending on the insurance provider.
After the observations and parent interview have been completed, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to meet your child's unique needs.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will submit the treatment plan to insurance for approval. Please note, insurance approval can take anywhere from one month - three months for approval.
Once insurance has approved the treatment plan, we will reach out to schedule ABA sessions.
